Go to the registration page and enter your email address. You'll receive a 6-digit code by email. Enter it to activate your account.
After logging in, you'll see an "Upload CSV" button on your dashboard. Drag your file in or click to select. StockQuarters automatically recognizes the broker format and imports your transactions.
The dashboard shows your total portfolio value, unrealized and realized P&L, dividend YTD and a portfolio value chart. Below that you'll find your positions with end-of-day prices.
StockQuarters works in all modern browsers: Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Edge. We recommend the latest version for the best experience.
Currently, StockQuarters is available as a web app that also works well on mobile. A native app is on the roadmap.

Check that you exported the complete file from your broker. Make sure the file is in CSV format and hasn't been modified in Excel. Contact us if the problem persists.
Yes, our import is idempotent. Duplicate transactions are automatically filtered out. You can safely upload the same file again without getting duplicate rows.
For transactions in foreign currency, we use the exchange rate from your broker export. If it's missing, we use the ECB rate for that day.
Yes. Upload CSV files from different brokers — they are merged into one portfolio. You can see per position which broker it's held at.
During the beta StockQuarters is completely free and you don't need to provide a payment method. Once we leave beta, you can try every feature free for 7 days; you provide a payment method when you start and your subscription then renews automatically at the regular price unless you cancel before the trial ends.
Go to Settings → Subscription → Cancel. You keep access until the end of the paid period. No further charges will be made.
Yes, always. Go to Settings → Data → Export. You'll receive a CSV file with all your transactions.
Go to Settings → Account → Delete account. This permanently deletes all your data. This action cannot be undone.
Yes, you can upgrade to a yearly subscription at any time via Settings → Subscription. The remaining amount from your current month will be credited.
We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express via Stripe. iDEAL and Bancontact are on the roadmap.
