Request your transaction export in the Trade Republic app and upload the CSV file. Never your Trade Republic password or login details. Just a file.
7 days free, then €5.99 a month or €59 a year. Stop before day 7 and you pay nothing.
One CSV file from the app, recognised automatically.
In the app: Profile › Transactions or Activity. Request a CSV export from your very first transaction.
Drop the original CSV file on the import page. If you later upload a newer export into the same account, only the new rows are added.
P&L, dividends, diversification and returns, right after the import. Prices are then updated automatically.
Four things you can't easily read from your export.
Trade Republic pays interest on your cash and Saveback on your card spending. Count that as a deposit and your return looks lower than it is.
We count interest, Saveback, Stockperks and bonuses as income, not as money you put in. Payments with your Trade Republic card are cash flows, never a loss.
Your account shows the dividend after withholding tax. What you received gross and what was withheld isn't visible at a glance.
From every dividend row we read the gross amount and the tax withheld. If Trade Republic corrects a payout, we still count it only once.
After a deposit, your portfolio value jumps. It looks like return, but it's your own money.
Deposits and withdrawals are cash flows, never profit. Your return stays clean, even in the month you top up.
After a split or merger your quantities change, and sometimes your share's ISIN. In a long list of transactions you lose track.
We apply splits, reverse splits and mergers to your positions. An internal transfer between depots doesn't count as a buy or a sell.
Updated roughly every hour during trading hours. Every row in the export has an ISIN, so every share and ETF gets a current price.
Average purchase price per position, realised and unrealised separately. Deposits never count as profit.
Gross, tax withheld and net separately. Per month, per position, with yield on cost and a calendar with ex-dates.
Personal return (MWRR) and time-weighted return (TWR), next to the AEX, S&P 500, MSCI ACWI or Nasdaq-100.
See your spread by sector, country, currency, position type and more.
Interest, Saveback, Stockperks and bonuses as income, separate from what you deposited yourself.
You request the export in the app.
Open the Trade Republic app and go to Profile › Transactions or Activity. Request a transaction export (CSV) from your very first transaction up to today. Download the file from the email or the app and upload it to StockQuarters as it is.
No. Every row in Trade Republic's export has its own transaction ID. If you upload an export that partly overlaps an earlier one, only the new rows are added.
We count them as income, just like dividends: they raise your return and don't count as money you put in. Payments with your Trade Republic card are cash flows, not a loss.
Yes. We book every row in euros, the way Trade Republic settled it with you. That's why you don't see a dollar balance. We can't import a Trade Republic account with a base currency other than the euro.
No. Crypto has no ISIN in the export; we skip those rows. Securities you transferred to Trade Republic from another broker without a payment aren't booked either. After the import you see which rows were skipped, by category and with line numbers.
Better to upload the original file. Excel can change the separators and numbers when it saves, and we reject such a file. In that case, download the export again from the app or the email.
