Do you track your investments in Excel or Google Sheets, or isn't your broker listed? Fill in our template or upload your Portfolio Dividend Tracker workbook as it is. You see a preview first; we only save once you confirm.
7 days free, then €5.99 a month or €59 a year. Stop before day 7 and you pay nothing.
Our template or your PDT workbook, with a preview first.
Download the template or use your own sheet with the same column names. One row per transaction, from your first purchase.
Upload the file (.xlsx). Per account you see what is added, changed or removed, and which rows still need fixing.
We only save after you confirm. Fixed something later? Upload the sheet again: the new version replaces the previous one.
Four reasons to work with a spreadsheet.
An employee savings plan, a small broker or an account that's already closed: there's no export we know for those.
Put the transactions in our template and upload it. A security with an ISIN is recognised and gets a current price.
You've tracked your portfolio in Portfolio Dividend Tracker for years and don't want to type it all in again.
Download your PDT workbook from Google Sheets as an Excel file and upload it. We read the tabs with transactions, dividends, bookings and expenses, and create an account per broker.
In a big sheet you don't spot a mistake quickly. An import that quietly skips rows only makes it worse.
A row we can't read is reported with its row number and a tip to fix it. We save nothing until everything is right.
Many sheets only track purchases. Then it looks as if your money came out of nowhere.
If your sheet has no deposits, we cover every shortfall with a deposit. That money counts as your own contribution, never as a result.
A security with an ISIN gets a current price, updated roughly every hour during trading hours. A row with only a name stays at cost; you can enter its value yourself.
Average purchase price per position, realised and unrealised separately. Deposits never count as profit.
Enter the gross dividend and the tax withheld; we show gross, withheld and net, per month and per position.
Personal return (MWRR) and time-weighted return (TWR), next to the AEX, S&P 500, MSCI ACWI or Nasdaq-100.
See your spread by sector, country, currency, position type and more.
For every upload you see what is added, changed or removed. We only save once you confirm.

Date, Type, Currency and ISIN or Name are always required. For a buy or sell also Quantity and Price; for dividends, deposits, withdrawals, costs and interest the Amount. Optional columns include Time, Exchange rate, Withholding tax, Costs and Description. Dutch column names work too.
Yes. In Google Sheets choose File › Download › Microsoft Excel (.xlsx) and upload that whole file. A single tab as CSV doesn't work. You don't need a Google account with us and your sheet never has to be shared or public.
You first see what changes. If you confirm, the new version replaces the previous one in that account. Transactions you entered by hand in StockQuarters stay.
Then we save nothing. You see every row that isn't right, with its row number and a tip to fix it. Adjust your sheet and upload it again.
A security with an ISIN we know does. A row with only a name, or an ISIN we don't know, stays at cost; you can enter its value yourself in the app.
Splits and other corporate actions, transfers of securities, crypto, commodities and staking. Files such as .xls, .ods and .numbers and links to Google Sheets don't work; save as .xlsx. A sheet can have up to 10,000 rows.
